Eason Chan Doesn't Want the Media Bothering His Daughter
Eason Chan, Niki Chow, Jade Kwan, Vincy Chan and 2R earlier performed on a TVB Music Channel program to support this year’s students who will be facing exams.
Eason kick started the show with his song ‘我的快樂時代’ and disclosed that because he studied in England, he has never undergone Hong Kong exams. Eason commented, “Studying in England was much more relaxing than studying in Hong Kong. My father was really confident about my school results, thinking that I would get into a good high school. Unfortunately my results only got me into a really bad school which was filled with people with bad backgrounds.”
Earlier, Mrs Eason, Hilary Tsui, expressed that she did not want her daughter to study at an international school, regarding this, Eason said, “Actually, I don’t mind what school my daughter goes to. I’ll let my daughter choose. Right now, I am more worried about if the media finds out which school my daughter goes to. I am like a virus, reporters love to follow me. I don’t want this to affect the students of the school and their parents.”
During Niki’s year of school, she was a ‘medicine pot’, when doing exams, she found herself having a blood nose. At the time, supervising teachers asked her if she needed to have a rest. Niki revealed, “When that happened, I felt that I would rather die than leave the exam room. So I focused harder to finish.”
