**Volunteers Needed**

We are Officially accepting volunteers now. I know lots of you had volunteered your help before.

1. Forum Moderators (You must have at least 25 posts)
A. Moderate assigned sections
B: help post in those section, by starting new topics.

2. Lyrics Specialist (strong knowledge of Chinese music and able to pinyin)
A. help post new lyrics to the site
B. answer lyrics requests from the forum

3. Song Translators (strong knowledge of the Chinese and Englsih language)
A. Translate songs from Chinese into English
B. answer basic translation requests in the forum

4. Reviewers (strong command of English with strong writing skills)
A. write opinionated reviews for latest albums and movies

5. Programmers (php, css/xhtml. mysql knowledge)
A. help with site programming projects

6. Graphic Designer (photoshop or flash knowledge)
A. design new layouts and banners for the site

7. KZ Street Team/Promoter (requires marketing and networking skills)
A. help promote karazen/kz wear online and offline
B. distribute posters and stickers

Please answer the following questions:
1) How often do you check the KZ forums?
2) Why do you want to be a KZ volunteer?
3) Which position you are applying for?
4) Brief summary of your qualifications.

Those accepted will be required to give us their personal info at a later time. As we will be awarding you periodically with cds, dvds, and other gifts for your generous work.

1) How often do you check the KZ forums?
Almost everyday, just to see if theres anything new with the forums and such.
2) Why do you want to be a KZ volunteer?
I just like to be part of a team and it makes me happy to know that I am a contribution to a team.
3) Which position you are applying for?
I want to apply for either the 4. Reviewers or 6. Graphic Designer. I feel that both would fit me well.
4) Brief summary of your qualifications.
For the reviewer position, I listen to a great range of music and also watch a great deal of HK movies. My English is very good, and I understand Chinese fairly well. I can transfer my thoughts into words and criticize without being biased as well.

As for the Graphic Designer, I have used photoshop for years and I made websites for about two or three years. Also, as a hobby I take requests for icons and you can see them HERE. I can also make layouts and banners. I have other examples if needed of layouts and banners if needed.

I hope you choose me to be part of the KZ team!

1) How often do you check the KZ forums? well, today's my first day of joining, so i cant really say how much, but i'm sure i'll be on often because i love posting and reading on forums

well, i like to translate stuff, and my translation is pretty good, chinese is my mother tongue, and i've been speaking english since i moved to canada, so i can switch between chinese and english without any problems. and if i have any questions on chiense, i can always get my parents to translate a few words that i don't understand

1) How often do you check the KZ forums? This is my very first visit. Not counting the past (ages ago) where I was only downloading lyrics.
2) Why do you want to be a KZ volunteer? It's fun & hip I guess.
3) Which position you are applying for? Reviewer
4) Brief summary of your qualifications. Well, I think my English is pretty good. I listen to all songs i.e. English, Cantonese, Mandarin but not buying most of the CDs nowadays! I'm also very sharp and my reviews can be straight-to-the-point to the diehard fans.

All the time, If not to see what new movies and albums are out then its to sing along to my fave songs!

I want to help promote KZ and feel like im contributing to help improve this site.There are some aspects which i would like to help upgrade but first we must start with promotions to get more members.
3) Which position you are applying for?
Street team/promoter
4) Brief summary of your qualifications.
I have been working as pr(street team) for major nightclubs around my city.This involves promoting special events, bands and normal weekly specials in the street amongst the public.This requires communication with the public and great marketing skills.

I listen to new songs everyday. (approx. 15 a day) and my chinese is good, english is great. In my spare times i help out all my classmates and friends to find lyrics.

i can translate lyrics, i reckon if i have the song and chinese lyrics itll take me a couple hours to translate coz i hav a lot of help from friend, plus itll giv me a chance to improve my chinese -i remember i translated Justin Lo's - Headline news but i didn't send it in then like a week later u had urs posted and i did a translation og Myolie Wu and Andy Hui's themesong for To grow with love, i dont know if u have it but i hav a translation i did..some where on my comp.
plus i have one thing i really want to update the pictures of classics in the artistes folder, its really out date and i really want to change it, thanks

I check the KZ forums everyday just like myspace.

Because I like volunteering and get invovled to this site even more.

I am applying for Lyrics Specialist or KZ Street Team/Promoter.

For Lyrics Specialist, I listen to chinese music everyday(old and new), Looking for new music everyday to listen, and I understand chinese and english well.

I visit karazen and KZ forums at least once a week. Sometimes three or four times.

It seems like a fun part-time job. I love music and I listen to a lot of mainstream music.

I would like to be a reviewer for new CDS and movies, KZWEAR StreetTeam, and/or a lyrics specialist
4) Brief summary of your qualifications.
I'm from Hong Kong but lived in Canada for most of my life. I can understand Cantonese, Mandrin, and English. I can also ready Chinese and English.
I also enjoy listening to Chinese music everyday, and I watch quite a bit of Chinese movies in my spare time.
I'm also quite opinionated in the music I listen to and the movies I watch.

There's this site that translate MOST (not all) chinese characters into pinyin... with both cantonese and mandarin. So i guess this may make things easier for translators. Though i am not here to volunteer....hehe.

I check them everyday for new lyrics, I listen to a LOT of chinese music&focus on singing so I have stacks of karazens lyrics at home :D
2) Why do you want to be a KZ volunteer?
I just really like to help ^^ You can see me participating in a lot of online forums, [with different usernames of course :P]. I post up recent news, song lyrics, new MV`s, and I have my own blogger with chinese song translations for those who cannot understand/read chinese.
3) Which position you are applying for?
I would like to apply for the Lyrics Specialist.
4) Brief summary of your qualifications.
Although I am new to this forum, I am active everyday in many chinese fansite forums as well to update songs&news. I`ve lived in California all my life&speak fluent english, as I speak chinese&cantonese, I know the correct system of standard PinYin which helps with making lyrics. I have also noticed that there are many albums that yet do not have lyrics on Karazen, I`ve posted in another section asking whether I may help with posting them up.

I spend most of my time on music, listening to chinese (madarin or cantonese) music. I understand well chinese and english. I would say music is what i do often in my life, my dream is to become a musicien or chinese singer. I also had my experience in a chinese singing contest.
