It is time to put the past behind, and simply walk forward.
No regrets, no turning back,
The past is the past, its time for a change,
A new beginning

No more tears will fall from these eyes,
I will no longer shed any tears for you anymore
You are not worth my time and definitely not worth my tears

I will pretend that I have never met you before,
And live my life the way it is suppose to be.
I will not let anyone control my life anymore,
And surely not let anyone tell me what to do.

This past year, I have changed completely,
I’ve changed every aspect about me…
Changed to someone that I don’t even know anymore.
Now that we’re not together anymore,
I will be who I want to be, and not let anyone change that.

I have learned my lesson by going out with you…
It was the biggest mistake in my life,
The worst decision that I have made…
If I could turn back in time, I would do it all over again…
But I would not choose you; I would choose anyone else over you.
The time spent with you,

Has made me grown to be a stronger person.
I have learned, and seen a lot more in this world,
And what I have learned is what I will treasure,
Not the memories that I had with you
