U say it like: Kem-Mis 
Most people say it differently but that's the right way to say it and it's spelt Kemis

DOOOD, you are definitely one hecka of a fantastic representation to our culture! This is good news to tell the world that Asians/Chinese can be appreciated by anyone with all types of background. Thanks Karazen!

Thanx for the props, it's always good to know that people out there like something that you enjoy doing 
With regards to your question, the answer is yes, i have been gettin asked a few questions from other people at my work place and even had some random people turn up at my work place to take some pix wid me, it's all overwelming but it's lso very nice that these people know what you do and enjoy it.

Man it's much appreciated that you like what i do, and well i like to be open when it comes to other cultures, we're all on this world for a short time we might as well get along and embrace each other.
Ok about my Cantonese, i'm not 100% fluent as i think some people asume i am, i can sing and i am conversational but i don't speak as often as i should and as a result my language skills have dipped a bit although i would love to go back to Chinese school nd refresh my head 
And i have no idea why Lee Hom is winning, they are both great singers him and Jay, both talented.

WOW! I feel so honoured that you have the free time to come to this forum Kemis! I dont have a question , but I have a comment . I played your singing to everyone in my family and they all agreed that you sing better than the Cantonese singers themselves. Your voice is so smooth and has full of volume in it.
I prefer Mandarin songs so I voted for Leehom !!! Yahyahyah I'm learning Mandarin myself now =D |

I'd like to hear Kemis sing something from Beyond, more rock.
The R&B styles are getting too overused with so many artists lately.
