Next magazine has hold its 6th year Next Magazine Healthy Image Award ceremony yesterday in Tsim Sha Tsui. The awards were given to the top 10 artists with the healthiest image, they are: Alex Fong, Myolie Wu , Sonija Kwok, Edmond Leung, Sammul Chan, Kenny Wong, 2R, Vanessa Yeung, Frankie Lam, and Kenix Kwok. Alex Fong has won this award for the sixth consecutive year.

Yesterday, Myolie wore a tank top attending the Next awards ceremony. She has clearly lost a lot of weight but she insisted that she still have a fair amount of weight to lose and that she's working on it. On the contrary, Sonija Kwok is less fortunate. After publicly announcing that she broke up with her ex-boyfriend hoping to meet her real love, she is still single at the moment, "I think I would be happier if I have a new relationship, but you can't rush these things. At the moment, I will have to treat myself better." Later the ceremony, Sonija discussed openly how women can stay healthy, that is, to sleep more and to do facial frequently.
