First, it was the rumors of lymphatic cancer. Now, reports are alleging that depression has driven Sammi Cheng to attempt suicide.
This is the latest twist in the endless speculation surrounding the Hong Kong actress-singer, ever since rumors of her ill health surfaced in March.
According to the latest Hong Kong reports, the 33-year-old was seen with two faint scars on her wrist at a recent dinner to celebrate the wrap-up for director Stanley Kwan's movie, Everlasting Regret.
Sammi's manager Wallace Kwok dispelled talk that she had tried to kill herself, saying the scars were from her getting scalded while cooking.
But Sammi's younger brother has reportedly confirmed that she is indeed suffering from depression.

well, im not really a big fan of her music, but ive seen a couple of her movies and it was awesome...hope she gets better.
